There are three species of agave found in Sabino Canyon (and two more plants in the Asparagaceae family, but I'll save those for another day). Shindaggers (Agave schottii); Desert Spoon aka Sotol (Dasylirion wheeleri), and Golden-flowered Agave aka Century Plant (Agave chrysantha). Take a look at the links and we'll make this a photo quiz.
